"The question that sometimes drives me hazy: Am I, or the others crazy?"

- Albert Einstein

(This one's spoken by Spencer Reid in 1x09, "Derailed," of Criminal Minds).

I've acquired the first four seasons now. Uhoh... haha.

(Apologize in advance for all the sentence fragments; too tired to do any better right now).

Quick recap:

- Super-rough weekend spent cramming like crazy for my Biochem exam. Managed to pull off a 68 (Avg: 51.8; High: 81; Low: 36; Std dev: 14.6). Not ideal, but hey, definitely not bad.

- ...um, yeah, that was my entire weekend. Two hrs of sleep Sunday night after a week and a half of fitful sleeping = painfullll.

- Long Gems meeting Monday night; didn't get back to apt 'til 9pm, then had a write-up due by midnight, so I was tired AND hungry. Ended up not being able to go to bed 'til 2am b/c I forgot to shift my laundry from the washer to dryer 'til I finished the writeup (aka around midnight), so I had to wait for it to dry.

- Not-so-fun: Now in charge of making sure our thesis comes together in excellent quality in the next four weeks. *head-desk*

- Luckily, no class Tuesdays, so I slept from 2-10am. RESTFULLY, finally. My mom, TQ, and Linden all separately hypothesized that my poor sleeping lately was because I had abruptly stopped going to the gym (haven't gone in two weeks -- spring break, then a week from hell), so I went this morning. It was fantastic. I really love going to the gym (no sarcasm intended).

- Fun/amusing times with Hailey this morning. She fell asleep on my bed for a teeny bit. I poked her. Good times had by all (esp me)... *grin* More good times to come... *dramatic music*

- Finally got to talk to Linden a bit today. I've missed youu =) (Not intended to make you feel guilty. We've all been crazy busy / your wrists have been acting bratty).

- Coffee date w/ Cindy Yang. We went to HS together, 'til she moved halfway through 10th grade, and we've gone to the same college and run into each other randomly, but never really talked (and weren't more than acquaintances in HS). So, yeah, we met today. I definitely got steamrolled in that conversation -- it was wayyy heavier and more intense than I expected (she has a lot of crazy stuff going on in her family life =/ yikes), but I think/hope I held up ok and was able to help her sort her thoughts out at least a little bit. A lot of fun to talk to, though, if somewhat neurotic.

- Fun times w/ Alicia, Nick, Wendy, Mike at the pre-health office. Wendy promised an evening out of drinks (celebratory for med school + birthday combined), but not for a couple weeks b/c she's going off to Florida. Great image of Mike twisting the ends of his hilariously German mustache (appropriate, since he is uber-German) in an appropriately evil fashion while laughing at stressed-out Alicia. Gonna miss this office so much.

- Made plans with dad for a family dinner out tomorrow evening =) Long overdue. This week is looking good so far.

- Finally got to talk to my mom for more than 10 minutes for the first time in several days. Yes, this is unusual -- usually talk for at least 20-30 minutes at a time every day. One of my favorite people in the world <3 - AWESOME phone convo w/ Ian. I think I am mostly set on going to Maryland, for a number of reasons, which I'll talk more about tomorrow b/c too tired to type it all up right now. But yeah, called him up to ask about how his apartment-hunting trip w/ his dad went. His daughter is due on Thursday! (C-section on April 1st -- awesome news, the world can always use more April babies, they're the coolest clearly =D)

- Qdoba for dinner. Second-to-last day to take advantage of the 50% off online orders deal, and Di definitely wanted to capitalize over the last couple of weeks. Yumm.

- Saw Vlad! Love Vlad, he's so cheerful and fun and adorable =)

- Had way more work to do tonight than I anticipated. Oh well, hard time feeling bad about it after a decent night's sleep and a good gym trip and some great conversations scattered throughout the day.

Ok, that was a lot longer than I expected/intended. I think this = bedtime.

*zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz*
