Pretty please with a Howl on top?

Um, I totally enjoy ribbing [L] way too much. Moving on.

1) So, now that I have my official letter and everything, I feel totally justified in saying... YAYY! I AM OFFICIALLY GOING TO MED SCHOOL THIS FALL!!!! *huge grin* Sorry, I don't mean to brag and be a complete brat about it. Just, I've been kind of nervous about this entire process, and no school is a guarantee. But I'm in, and it's at a school I genuinely loved during my interview day there (University of Maryland School of Medicine, for the more curious souls). Me = ecstatic!

What was almost more exciting about this news: I can do whatever the heck I want with my summer! I have a bunch of half-formed plans in mind. Hopefully they will ALL pan out. Yes, I am being too optimistic.

2) I decided to try out Microsoft OneNote today! It's actually helpful and really nifty. I'm liking it so far! Yes, I am a dork, and proud of it.

3) I made the mistake of checking my friends page earlier today, and saw Minh's post about finally getting a Twitter. This was unfortunate because I checked it while I was studying for Business Law (which I'm still doing and will still be doing tomorrow, etc.). It provided the perfect tool for further procrastination! I definitely went and got my own Twitter account. Which I will likely rarely use because it's too much effort to be witty and clever in 140 characters or less. Also because (clearly) I am very verbose and chatty and it would be completely the wrong medium for me. But I will try it nonetheless!

4) I don't think I have a fourth thing right now. Re-thinking about my happy news has made me happier again. Too bad I'm not heading to bed yet. Le sigh.
